| It's Leaking!!!` I just bought a 93 SC1 on tuesday. The car is LIKE NEW. But, it rained a lot yesterday -- and when I got in the car after work, there was a puddle on the back floor. The roof isn't at all wet -- but it looked like water was running down the side pillar on the passenger side.
Also - the top of the driver's door leaks. I made a right turn, and a ton of water flooded onto my shirt.
The dealer won't fix it since there is not a warranty covering that. When I looked at the sunroof, the RR corner is sunken down, and it appears that the seal is worn. How much would it cost to replace it? Also -- how can I stop the leak on the door??? Thanks!!

| Thanks for replying. What's wrong with Saturn Lancaster? They told me to bring it by next week when they have their "Water Specialist" in.
My dear seals are actually good. They are still soft and everything. It looks like the door isn't tight against the car. Maybe it needs to be adjusted.
You mean the club forums on here? And where is site for the Saturn Performance Club of PA?

| I would never take my car to Saturn of Lancaster, they snobbed me off once and that's enough to not deal with them. Lancaster doesn't like modded cars. YORK LOVES THEM!!!!! That's why i wouldn't go to them. But hey if you want to go to lancaster then go there. I just know there are others who don't like them at all either.
the SPOC PA forums on here at the bottom, or use this link. http://www.saturnspot.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=11
if the door isn't closing right....i'd find out if the car was wrecked. just some suggestions for ya. |

| Matt, I'm definitely with Emily on this one as to not taking it to Saturn of Lancaster. I've gotten service there twice in the life of my car. The first time, it was fine-I even got 2 mints and a thank you card on the dash! The second time my bill was $800 and I just wasn't very satisifed with the customer aspect of their service. I've tried about 2-3 times to talk to Saturn of Lancaster about a possible partnership between them and SPOC PA to no avail. The general manager has no time for anyone with modded cars. He wants nothing to do with that, and since he doesn't want to give us the time, I won't give him my time (or money) either.

| Thanks for the warning!! I'll at least let 'em look. But, maybe I won't let anyone fix it there. I know several people who have bought from Saturn York -- and no one had any complaints. Whatever the problem is -- I hope it is easy/cheap to fix...
