crack JB weld will do the trick, however, for this to work properly you will have to make sure there is absolutely NO OIL RESIDUE or paint where the crack is needing repair. This may present a problem, one must drain the oil, obviously, clean and prepare the area that needs the weld, then give it a try......
I used JBweld to fix a gas tank leak on a VW Rabbit I had many years ago, had a leak at the fuel outlet nozzle, fixed it beautifully.....
Personally, I would be looking for another pan...............
