Default SOHC cams

Who make a good streetable aftermarket cam for SOHC saturns? I need one for a '93 SC1. I currently have 115K on my engine, is it necessary to rebuild the engine with a different can or can I leave it alone? Will cams work on stock head unpoerted and polished? What kind of real HP can I expect from one?

New cam will work with stock head and will not hurt the engine, but the only hi performance cam I know of is Gude and no one I know of knows if it is any good.

I've been talking to people on diffent boards and some say a cams not worth having in a automatic because it limits the RPMs it can reach. So no cams for me now.
