Default Speedo calibration

Hey all, I just got some new tires about 1000 miles ago. The stock size is 175/70, and I went with 185/65R14 because they look better, handle better, and were on sale. This gives about a 2% difference in speed at the same RPM as the old tires. Does anyone know if there is a way to recalibrate either the computer or the sender? Installing a cap or resistor would be nice, but I'm sure it will involve more than that.
TIA

the computer has to be reprogrammed for the difference. I know it can be done @ a dealership, most tire places might be able to do it too.
