Obviously you have checked all of the fuses, under hood and in car fuse blocks? Should be relay for the fuel pump and it should be the same as one or two others, try swapping them. The connector for the fuel pump should be in the trunk left rear corner well behind the wheel. Check to see if you have power there. Alldata should be able to give the wires to check. If power to the connector check the power and ground wires to the pump with an ohm meter to see what the resistance is. I have done this with cars that have no fuel pressure but power all the way to the rear. High resistance indicates a bad pump (usually). Not common for Saturn fuel pumps to die but not unheard of either.
