Default Throwing codes after exhaust install (intermittant)

Hi, for the life of me I cannot find my code reader, so I am not certain of which sensor(s) are throwing codes, but I was hoping that someone would recognize this problem:

I have a 97 SC2 and after I installed my header (w/ brand-new o2 sensor), 2.25" piping and muffler, I keep getting this intermittant SES light. It comes on every once and a while and then goes off after anywhere between 50 and 100 miles. The car still behaves the same with the SES light on or off. It could have been my imagination or a small rock in the road, but the last time it came on, it felt as though there was a very tiny jolt. I have expiremented with EFI cleaner and such hoping that it would go away, but with winter coming up, I don't want to wait any longer (it's been a couple months off and on) before I take care of it. BTW: I also have an intake of the car if that matters. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

well there's 2 in the exhaust for your car the O2 sensor in the header on then the rear or heated O2 sensor near the cat. go to autozone or advance auto parts. they a free reader that you can use. that'll narrow it down.
