anbody know how to advance the timing on the 02 sohc?

You can't, it's computer controled.

I dunno if they will fit the 02 SOHC's but there are adjustable cam gears available for saturns.

You most likely won't get much by playing with the timing. There isn't anything to get the computer to change this. Saturn OBD II PCMs haven't been hacked that I know of, but the OBD I has and still is being hacked. You will get more power by optimizing the A/F ratio. This would require a piggy back computer to control the fuel.

i have a chip on my intake sensor that makes the car think its colder but it doesnt make much of a difference. u were saying a piggy back how do i go about doing that?
