when my engine is not warm my car has been giving me a hard time starting. once the enigine has warmed up it turns over no problem

It seems my starter is turning over fine, but my car sputters when I try to start it, then stalls, till I finally get it started I give it gas and it sputters, (not to much gas to flood the car out) then eventually turns over, and once I get it going when I push in the clutch to change gears the rpms raise, its giving me a really head ache, I put new plugs and wires in, I check the air sensor in my intake and seen if the throttle body is sticken,

it kinda seems like its getting to much gas when it finallys starts cause a cloud will come out the tail pipe but its not black smoke and smells like gas any help will be very appreciated

My car does the same thing. But my car is an automatic. Ive done everything i can to the car but i still dont know what the problem is

thats not what I wanna hear, but I just took it for a ride to pick my borther up and it ran great its mind boggling, but theres something definetly wrong and It needs fixin

Sounds like your PCM coolant temp sensor could be sending the wrong readings when the engine is cold. Have a look at the sensor connecter to see if it is corroded from leaking coolant. If it looks ok it still may be a good idea to change/check the sensor if it's not replaced in recent memory.
