Default Wheel Bearings, Ball Joint, Hub Assembly???


(92,Manual,no ps,sohc,lot o miles)

My front suspension rattles. I replaced the struts but did not cure the rattle when hitting a bump.

Any thoughts?
Ball joint, hub, strut bearing??????

adam, did you get the struts from us? i dont remeber you getting a strut order recently, if you had you would know we send them COMPLETE, with springs and importantly, the upper strut mounts, those are VERY common to go bad and make noise over bumps, when turning etc
we do sell them by themselfs and they are basically all the same so you can get them with very low mileage from a much newer car, drop me a line....

Joey,

Funny thing is after I had one strut apart I thought to myself, "Why didn't I just buy the whole thing from Joey?"

I regreased one of the bushings, 30 bearings maybe. The rotation appeared good but I never thought the it could cause the vertical forces to be a problem.
