any saturn dealership employees in here?

ok ,I work for a saturndealership and am wondering if any one on here works at a dealership as well. I am interested in knowing how theyer "store" works. as in customer treatment employee treatment etc. hit me up if this is you.

dam, so far it looks like it's just me . so I'll tell you about "my" dealership.
I work for the saturn of carlisle pike in mech pa. Ive been here for 8 years.
at my facility, when I started, it was all about the customer, now since weve grown quite a lot. weve been slowly making it more about the $$ like ever other dealership. and I am not happy about this, I used to be proud to say I worked for saturn "I still am today" but I feel as tho were not treating the customer with #1 treatment anymore.
