Most of the people check SaturnSpot maybe a couple times a year. This should only be for people that want to start a "new" chapter, not one that exists already

It's just that the truth of the matter is that half of the "existing" club chapters are really dead. FL is kinda hard to tell about, though, so I dunno. | |
