Most of the people check SaturnSpot maybe a couple times a year. This should only be for people that want to start a "new" chapter, not one that exists already

| It's just that the truth of the matter is that half of the "existing" club chapters are really dead. FL is kinda hard to tell about, though, so I dunno. |
