Official club policies and guidelines This thread will be a place for club policies and guidelines to be kept for reference as they are developed. There are a number of issues being discussed by the National leadership (consisting of each Chapter's National Coordinator, plus myself as the National Facilitator). As issues are decided on, the agreed guidelines will be added here. SPOC-National Policies and Guidelines Starting a new SPOC chapter: Requirements:
+ 5 or more members
+ 1 meet with 5 or more members in attendance
+ appoint a National Coordinator
+ choose a chapter name (needs to be descriptive of the area the chapter is located, and pends approval of the National committee) Action following new chapter formation:
+ seperate forum section formed for chapter
+ chapter-specific SPOC logo created
+ National Coordinator for new chapter given access to the National Private section, and moderator duty over the chapter's section |
