Default Saturn SL1 having engine problems

I just got a new ignition coil installed 2 months ago. Now the engine is very rough sounding as if a spark plug wire is loose. Any thoughts before I try to sell this vehicle? My mechanic is booked for the rest of the week and I do not have any knowledge about engines.

Thanks.

My mechanic fixed the ignition coil in my 2002 SL1 again. Before the engine sounded really rough, like it was getting ready to die. Nobody would buy it like that. Hopefully I won't need to sell the car and my business will start making enough money so I don't need to worry about it. Yea for hedge funds!
