| SPOC Southern IN and Southern IL Did a search on Google for "Saturn Performance Owners Club" out of curiosity, and found this site.
SPOC Of Southern Indiana and Southern Illinois: http://www.saturnspeed.com/spocsi/
Judging by the events list, which has events for '00, it looks like a dead club. I was just curious if anyone knew more. Seems like a site that should be decommissioned (if anyone knows who is in charge of it...) |

| Yeah, this is something that's been bugging me too. I'm not sure, but I think the fella that runs Saturnspeed.com is from Evansville, but I don't know any more than that (if that's even accurate.)
I'm in Evansville myself, and have participated in some local SIR/SCCA events...but, no one seemed to know who or what I was talking about there either.
I'd love to get something started in Indiana, but Saturn enthusiasts seem to be few and fleeting. Thought about starting an SPOC for the tri-state (Indiana/Kentucky/S. Illinois) based on lack of enthusiasts and apparent luck of a club. This of course would be based on whether or not the aforementioned club is actually defunked.
Maybe this could be worth another thread...searching for other Saturn owners in the area with interest in such a thing.

| Indiana is included in SPOC-North. It is a bit tough for a lot of IN people, though, cuz most active members are more in the chicago, & milwaukee areas. Still, I take a pretty active part. More IN members would mean more IN meets. |

| Yeah, doesn't sound like a bad idea. You are right though, tough for a lot Indiana people to go too far north. Job(on call a lot) and kids(they have a great deal of activities themselves) and geographic isolation in general.

| I've driven as far north as Milwaukee to go to meets with people up there. I'd certainly drive that far south for a meet with some IN people. There's the GM bash in Indy in July, I think. That could be a good thing to form a meet around... |

| Tried to go to the SPOC-North website by following each of your links (in your signature lines.) Came up on a dead end each time. What is the exact web address?
