Bose DOES do automotive systems. My mother in law has one in her Honda Pathfinder, and it is a wonderful system. Not as good as an in home one, but all the same, it rocks.
They do for many, just not any that I really care for. And I could not for the life of me find any info that says they do for Saturns, so right now I am a little stuck for it. I would love the system, but I am not going to alter my vehicle choose for it.
