Default sound deadning the door skins

i was wondering if sound deadning the door skins would help with them not rattling (one of the clips is broken)

The inside ones? Yeah it would help but you would be better off tacking it down. Wouldn't hurt to tack it down and throw some dynamat etc on it.

what about on the exterior door skins for more sound deadening of road noise? Will that help any?

probelly woudn't hurt and it would atleast help isolate the sound betters.
