Default 95' sc2

I bought a '95 sc2... with only stock it seams to out perform most my friends cars... im lookin to buy a short-ram intake, headers, hi-flow cat converter, and cat-back exhaust system first... is this a good idea or sould i get other things first?

Sounds like a good plan, except skip the hi-flow cat - your car has one from the factory. You'd have to go turbo for it to be a restriction.
