Default Greetings from Kingman Arizona!

Hey whatsup, my name is David I'm 18 years old. I just recently got married, and we have a baby girl on the way. (Yes I know I am a little young for this heh heh heh).

Anyways, I've been along time reader here and I have been a Saturn fan for a couple years now. Why? well that I don't really have a reason for, but I have always loved the Saturn line as the "underdog". atleast in my opinion anyway, and I respect a well modded Saturn over a tricked out Honda anyday. Just because it's something different! So I finally decided to become a member.

My Saturn is hardly ideal, but it's a good car and I have come to love it over the time I've owned it...

It's a white SC1(96), with a 5 speed, all the basics, manual windows, no sunroof, manual locks, ect. The car is running good for the milage it has(167,000), although it consumes alot of oil.

I only have minor "upgrades" done to it, right now I am either looking into getting an SC2 or doing a DOHC engine swap. I will try to post pics of the car soon.

P.S. I thought I would ask this here, instead of making yet another thread on an old topic. Does anybody have a good site or guide on doing a DOHC engine swap into a 96 SC1. I have found a few detailed guides, but they are all for the first gen SC's. Thanks

Hope to talk with all of you, and sorry about the long winded post.

welcome

'96 is a first gen, unless you mean OBDI instead of OBDII. *shrug*
