Hey i been looking at saturns alot latly as a new car i wanted to get a ion coupe but couldn't afford it so i'm looking at getting a 99-02 SC2 i don't have one yet but tho i would do some reseach on a car forum.
I currently have a 89 chevy beretta and belong to a beretta forum and have had great experience with it and if i end up getting a saturn i tho it would be a good idea to belong to a saturn forum since i think there great places with lots of info
hoping i could get a little starters info maybe a few things i should know when looking at a SC2 that i might not know if i do end up buying one it would be my second car and i picked the sc2 because i like two door cars the thrid door is a nice added featured i think its in my price range and hoping its something i can mod a bit
i also picked the sc2 because it comes with the more powerful motor and i would be looking at getting it with a 5 speed and maybe in the future looking at turboing it thanks for all your input and will be sure to post any info i have on the future car when/if i buy one thanks
i forgot to add that i'm located in Alberta Canada so i'm not sure how much of a Canadian site this is didn't look like there was much movement in the Canadian part of the forum
We've got some canadians around, so you wont' be completely alone. Good choice on the 3dr SC2 - I have 2 3drs myself & love 'em. Be sure you know how to recognize an SC2 from an SC1 yourself - dealerships mislabel Saturns all the time...
