Default Howdy!!!

I totally didn't realize this was here. I'm in Amherst, VA and have been messing with Saturns for years.

I worked as an entry level tech for a couple years with Saturn of South Boulevard in Charlotte, NC, and have owned a couple Saturns.

I've had a red '94 SC2, which blew an engine at an autocross event, and I sold that to my friend. He's since put several engines through it and replaced just about everything in it that showed wear. It now has KYB GR-2's in the front, and Hawk HP+ on the fronts. They're modified from a non-turbo '96 Talon ESi.

I just recently purchased another '94 SC2, which is that bluish green color. It was running like crap and needed brakes, plus some yahoo butchered the engine install (the old one blew) with a '96 engine. I've alread fixed most of the problems (gotta love that CTS going bad) and have just about brought it up to spec.

I've also got my mom into a Saturn. It's a 2001 LW300. It was just what she needed and she loves it. She carts all her yuppie stuff around in it. I keep trying to convince my step-dad to buy a Skye, and he's interested, but he loves his Neon too much.

Anyways, I've been here for a little while, and just wanted to introduce myself.

Thanks for the welcome, I've been lurking reading you guys' threads about mods. It's been really informative, and hopefully I'll be a contributing member, although you guys have already really said most of what needs to be said.
