Wasssup everybody,

Sorry it took me so long to get signed up...School has been a beotch!
I met a bunch of you at NOPI in Steele, AL a few weeks back, if you remember correctly I was the dude with the Saturn that did not compete in the Saturn Class (umm .. DUUUH!). But considering the competition in the CP40 class, I think taking 1st place was in fact a well earned trophy.

Whats been happening since NOPI ... Well ... I picked up a few sponsors and have the ears of a few others, including Hot Import Nights. Blaupunkt Audio/Video is my biggest to date. I have begun replacing all of my Sony XPLOD Stereo Stuff with its Blaupunkt twin ... So come time for Summer Daze II and NOPI Nationals I will have a whole new look on the inside.

Some of the other sponsors I picked up are with DecalKits.com, R-BLOX, and WheelsNEXT.

Myself and another guy with an sc2 are from mobile. I just sent my dash off for carbon fiber, my new seats are on the way, and my new gauges will be here soon. I'll have new pics when I get more stuff installed.

Congrats on the 1st place trophy.

Just in case you don't remember this is Jeff with the blue '99 SL2 (also took home a 1st place trophy in the Sport Compact - CHEVY/PONTIAC/SATURN - Street class). One of the few Saturn owners you met at Steele.

One of these days we'll get a meet scheduled to get us all together again since it's been awhile. I may even try to get a small meet set up up here in Huntsville shortly and go out to the track or something.

Ah yeah .... Whats up Jeff.
I do remember you. Man it really is bad when 3 different people skim through the list of classes and nobody saw Saturn. Heh.

I guess since it was my first show, I am allowed the one mistake \(O_O)/
Going to be at Summer Daze II on July 15 ... And for sure Nopi Nationals in September.

I got picked up by a couple of quasi-sponsorships and if I get the gear I ordered in time and get the updated pics back to them .. I qualify for a full Hot Import Nights sponsorship which will give me about $7k more stuff to add or replace on my car. Then all I have to do is go to one HIN event within this season and I am set.

What I have on the way is a Grant Signature Series steering wheel, all new Blaupunkt Stereo, some misc vinyls, R-BLOX sound deadening.

.... and as of yesterday I will be one of 5 cars in my area considered for the upcoming MAX IT OUT Video Magazine - if you haven't seen these check em out http://www.maxitout.tv
