Default my first post

greetings. i'm new to the board and to modifying saturns but not new to modifying cars. you'll probably be seeing a bit more of me in the future as i attempt to learn more about modding these little cars.

i work at an auto salvage yard and recently heard about a '94 SL2 that someone was trying to get rid of. my yard didn't really want it (we have too many saturns) but i was able to pick it up for the paltry sum of $25. '94 running car, clean title, bad tranny.

i rolled it home sight unseen, figuring i could sell the wheels and tires off this thing for more than i paid for it. it's actually a cool little car. i just had it delivered to my house yesterday afternoon, and picked up the new tranny today and am well into removing the old tranny. i've decided i may just keep the car and turn it into a project. possibly building up a mild turbo setup for it. that brings me here.

Welcome! You may want to also spend some time on turbosaturns.net if you're looking to turbo the car, but there are some folks on here who know of such things, and we're all quite friendly.
