Default What's up everybody

Hey how are you all doing? My name is Mark. I am the proud owner of a 1997 SL Sedan. I once was the proud owner of a 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage, But a stupid moron driving a lexus decided to change that for me. Moving back to the topic at hand. I know nothing about Saturns and i am willing to learn. Most likely my plans for the vehicle is just a stereo, a very loud and acoustically pleasing stereo. And the rims from my previous car. I was in luck when i found out that the 2 cars shared the same lug pattern 4x 100, so my enkei rs6's will slid right on. Thats my bit for the day, see you all around on the board

Welcome to Spot! Treat your satty well, and it will return the favor. Feel free to ask any questions - there's a pretty good knowledge base here.

on the title it just says SL, it doesnt specify 1 or 2, is there any idenifiying marks that make the 1 & 2 stand out ,or options? It does have a 1.9l DOHC if that helps

hey dude, ex-Islander here...though I'm a rangers fan LOL

used to live in West Islip back in the day.

if the spark plugs are in the middle of the engine's valve cover, it's a DOHC. if they're up front, it's a SOHC.

if you have a reflector across your trunk lid it's an SL2, otherwise it's an SL or SL1 (almost the same thing).
