Welcome to Spot! As far as the turbo thing goes, you will save like 50% if you piece together your own setup. If you're really, really serious about turboing, you'll want to spend quite a long time learning about them with relations to Saturns before you dive into such a project. You'll also want another car to be your daily driver, because you're pretty much guranteed to have a chunk of downtime at the beginning of the project, as well as probably some periodic downtimes. A good resource for learning about turbo'd saturns is turbosaturns.net. Not meaning to take away from Spot, cuz this place is full of knowledgable, friendly people. TSN is just specific to that sorta thing, and a wonderful resource. Nothing wrong with having a couple regular saturn forums.
