I wish I knew what happened but the flat vinyl area in front of the instrument pod in my Ion has a noticeable mark in it...almost like something dug into the vinyl. I first noticed it and rubbed on it a little...may have made it worse. Anyway is there any creative way I can cover that area with anything that won't fade?

Even before I noticed this mark that area has been hard to keep clean and has faded a bit anyway. Now this is really going to drive me crazy. Any kind of griptape that I can use to put on there and not only cover the area but to jazz it up a little bit?? I'm thinking maybe someone out there has done something like this but I'm not too creative, sorry! Please help...little things like this drive me crazy!!

PLease don't "jazz it up". Get a new one or fiberglass it or something.

replacing it would be nice, but you could cover it with a piece of vinyl if you're short on funds... a tasteful color would be nice.

replacing it isnt an option...wish it was though
