anybody have a wire diagram for the harness that goes to the instrument cluster? I need to know which wire has power when the cluster lights go on and which is ground.
basically i need a wire to tap onto that will give me power when the lights turn on.

hey man you can go to the light in the ash try area thats the easiest.
Gm usualy uses brown in all the cars that I have worked on. you can get it off the dimmer switch and the headlight switch also

Just poke around with a multimeter. Use frame for ground.
lol, I needed a wire that turned on with ignition, for my radar detector and gauge pod gauges...
Unfortunetly, they also turn on if I have my flashers on. lol.

i should know soon. budiceman0 is goin to try to help me out with a diagram so well see. worst comes to worst ill use a volt meter. im just that lazy toill i do it
