Help..do I have a lemon??

I have a 2004 Vue AWD 4-cyl. I bought it new off the lot. Since I bought it I have had it in the shop 5 times about to be 6 this week. Here is my laundry list:

1. Hood release latch broke, they fixed it
2. Had a grinding noise when turning hard left, they "replaced the rear drum and filter, and something about a limited slipped differential"
3. The HVAC panel started peeling, they replaced it.
4. My radio reception sucks, I get one local station. They said the antenna was loose and they "tightened it." No change.
5. A very annoying squeek coming from the rear inside hatch. They said the panel was loose and they repaired the molding. 2 days later, squeek was back, the dealership "fixed" it AGAIN, 4 days later squeek is back.
6. My breaks were pulsating bad, the front rotors were warped, they fixed it.

I am taking it in this week to hopefully get the squeek fixed for good, my drivers visor fell off, my headlight burned out already, there is a crunchy noise in the stearing when I am going under 15mph, and my reception still sucks.

All of these problems have been "fixed" under my warranty. But I am concerned that once my warranty is up this is going to be my future with this car.. I am even thinking of selling it.

I bought this car 15 months ago...help!

WOW... I don't even know what to tell you. I've had close to no problems with my 03 4-cyl Vue. It's not like someone beat the sh!t out of it either, cause you said you got it new. That's insane though!

You are going to have to look up the lemon law in your state. Usually the same item has to break 3 times within 12 months, or you must be without your vehicle (in the shop) for 1/3 of the year, so 4 months. Not very often does a car fall under this unless the engine/transmission is screwed up. I don't think your squeek is going to count as something breaking.

I think you got stuck with a car built on a Monday after a great Sunday of Football...stupid hang-overs
