I used to consult for a computer company that deals with Auto Dealers 100% of the time...
So I almost lived at dealers for the first few years...
1. So there is a Lemon law--
DOCUMENT the
Complaint vividly and if it persists- bring the SAME COMPLAINT
Roof Leak (Make them search for it?)
its a CYA
2. Spill - PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)
On your next oil change bring it in this year- and tell them that was an original stain --- better yet bring it now with limited mileage...
They will cover it under Warranty pr Internal (Not CUstomer Pay)
aka you couldnt see it on the inspection as it was Hidden....
They will clean it up...
