Hi, folks. I'm brand new here, so please be gentle. I'm very familiar with working on old cars (antiques) but not much on the new stuff. My '03 Service Engine Soon light came on, code reads Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor malfuntion, so I ordered the part. It looks just like I thought it would, and I figured it would screw right into the block like every temperature sensor I've ever seen. Problem is, I don't even see where it goes! If anyone has a service manual that shows where this is and can scan that page, I'd appreciate it (email to
desoto@pathway.net). Or, if you have experience with this and can describe its location well, that will work. I don't want to disassemble half the engine without even knowing where to start. I figured it would be near the rad hose - to - block connection, but can't see it. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
