Default Question for those who bought a saturn on the first year....

Question for those who bought a saturn on their first year Available.....

Long story short..... we have been loyal saturn customers.... 1992 S coup 2000 SL2...... we bought a new crossover vehicle from another car manufacture and now month 6 of owning it, we are finally in ligitaion to have it bought back with our attorney... it was damaged by the local dealership when doing a transmission job on it at 2000 miles (2 months old)

So now we see that the Saturn Relay is coming out.... We have not seen it in person. Based on the literature this could be our next potiential purchase.....Our local dealerships don't seem to know when they will be here... we were told October 28th... but now they say some time this year....

We are in desperate needs of the "larger" automobile, but are fearful of buying a first year model as we just did and we are paying for it dearly!

How acccomaditing was Saturn to you when you had problems arrise? (I am sure there are some VUE first year people here?) Did you get a "lemon" vehicle and how quick was Saturn to reslove your issue? Did you get a loaner car while your vehicle was in the shop for warrenty repairs?

We are hesistant , even with Saturn, as we had a horrible sales experience with our last saturn and we ended up searching for a dealership who wanted our business, it made a difference in how happy we were with our car.... we are lucky enough to have so many with in driving distance....

Thanks for letting me ramble!

2002 v6 AWD

Bad gasket between enging & tranny (factory mis installation)

CES light came on 3 times for "gas knob not being turned at least three times."

That's about it. Test drove 6 of them, the other 5 has issues, some major.

Now 41k on her. New tires at 38K, now that Dunlop Radial Rover A/T in 225/70R16. Bad weather is not an issue.

I bought a first year ION ( 03 ION 3 sedan)

haven't had any major problems and anything I did deem fixable I brought it in and my dealership did fix it with really no questions asked

my other friend has an ION 1 sedan he bought it about 6 months before me and the only problem he had was his power locks died, dealership fixed it no problem as well.

I'm very happy with my ION but I have heard people having some problems with them
