| Wiper blades replacement for Vue I've been a trico neoform guy for a while now but this time I tried 'trico tech beam blades' for the saturn vue. They just came out in late 2009 and what's cool is they have a new, lower, slighty off-set attachment mounting that allows the wiper arms to sit slightly lower. The trico techs are also beefy as hell and look awesome with the lower mounts. They wipe clean and quietly without chatter. Came with removal and replacement instructions - easy install. Picked them up online at wipers123 (fyi, they also had the hard to find 10" rear wiper blade). The techs actually cost LESS than the neoforms...

| POINT IS: I don't buy from online sites for something as simple as wiperblades, and I never buy from an online site that I never heard of.
Yes Trico has been around for years, so has ANCO along with many others.

| I completely understand how you feel! I remember the first time I bought from Amazon.com years ago - I hadn't heard of them either, and I wasn't sure if their business concept was going to be embraced by consumers and survive the long haul...
As far as wipers, I figured I was already online researching them, so why not click "buy" and get it over with? I'm not sure if that part was the easiest part, or if it was opening up the box when it showed up at my door?? The jury's still out on that, but at least I easily found and purchased the 10" rear blade that I couldn't find in any store I went to previously... It certainly was risky, but I lived though it! Whew...!!!
I now lay in bed nightly thanking the lord that it turned out well, and ask for his forgiveness for being such an irresponsible risk taker.
Positively Yours,
Jeff

| Ya know ........... I had a VUE for a number of years and never had a problem finding wiper blades at NapaCheckerZone so no problem in that regaurd. I have heard of Amazon but you didn't post that tidbit till well after the fact. Still I can go less then 2 miles and find any wiper I need and have it on my car two mins later. Positively to easy don't ya think.

I live in a small town with a NAPA that's usually closed and Wal-mart is miles away and a minimum of a 45 minute adventure - AND doesn't carry anthing shorter than 16". Believe it or not, different people buy through different channels and this whole conversation started because you disrespected my choice, which may in fact, be the best or only choice for me and millions like me. I reassure you, I completely respect your choice to buy from a store, drive the miles, burn the fuel and deal with crowds - it's totally cool. I just scratch my head when you dissed me on my methods. The world is a big place...try a paradigm shift once in a while...if not, don't disrespect others for really no reason at all.
