Default '02 SL 5-spd tranny problem...

I have an 02 SL 5-spd (1.9 SOHC, roughly 125k miles) that makes a grinding/clunking sound when i shift it into fourth gear. If i shift really really slow then the noise is not heard, or at least not as harsh. I'm thinking it sounds like a bad synchro? But i'm no expert...any suggestions or advice?

Thanks for your time!

The fact its specific to 4th gear would make me think a synchro also. Id check your fluid level and make sure it at the correct level.
