As I have just learned how to drive a stick and learned that my auto transmission is about to die, I came up with a project for me. I want to know how hard it is to swap an automatic to a manual on a 98 sc2, what parts am I going to have to buy/get, and links for instructions to do so. I have found online instrictions for years like 91 - 94 (http://www.differentracing.com/tech_...anny_swap.html) , but I need it for my year. I am not a mechanic, just someone that likes to stay busy.

well I read it and it sounds right to me, so theyer aint to much diff. in the years, xcept for computers, the enigne bolt holes and stuff aret he same
