A/C not cold & Sunroof won't work

Help!
My air conditioner won't get the air cold. The compressor won't come on, but does when I add freon to the car. However, the freon only keeps the air cool for a few days, then stops working again. I added a sealant to the a/c system, but did not see any red leaks from the dye. What could be the problem so I can get this fixed?

ALSO:
My sunroof doesn't open or close. I'm guessing it needs a new motor? It got stuck when I was trying to close it & it only closed partially, with one side still up. When I tried to close it, one side moved & the other stayed in place. I went to saturn and they just readjusted the rails & closed it for me. Will the motor fix this problem or will I need to rails n stuff too?

you a/c needs serviced by a professional, before you blow it out. there has to be a proper balance of air, r134 and pressure. you cant do that, a/c chargining machine is needed. itll cost you like 60 bucks if you find a local shop.

as for the sunroof, can you hear the motor working? if not, its dead. if so, new guides.
