Always post your vitals!

How does the car shift with the engine off? Same problems?
Mileage on the car (this is why we ask you post your vitals).

Default vitals

Just under 145k. It shifts perfect when the engine is off, even when I don't push the clutch. I was thinking that it maybe the clutch, but its only in 1st gear. Then maybe syncro, but its not consistent and no grinding, one thing i notice is that it mostly does this when its hot (like 12-5pm, I live in Florida, or when I'm in traffic and the engine has been on for long time, and in bumper to bumper traffic). I put the car on the lift and I cant find the drain plug for the transmission fluid. I also see that this car uses ATF, is it a good idea to flush it? input would be greatly appreciated. Thank u

Clutch fork travel:
YouTube - saturn clutch fork travel 2

Take the distance the wire goes in along with the distance the the clutch pedal travels and match it on this graph:

If they match then your hydraulics are fine.
