Default Headlight problem *LEAKS and FOGGING*

My 02 SC2 has always had a little bit of fog in the headlights when its gets cold or damp out. It always bothered me so I got up off my a$$ and took em out, dried them out with my blow-dryer (slowly and carefully so i wouldn't ruin anything) and then used silicone to seal the lights off on all the edges. when i put them on the were PERFECT for about 3 days and slowly they've been fogging up and now its awful. they are ALL fogged up and theres like a quarter inch of water in the light. These are all sealed up tight, bulbs in tightly and now im irritated and these dahm lights make me wanna kick my iguana. Help please.

I'd look for a crack where you didn't seal it, or I'd suspect some water somehow didn't get out when you dried it out. That stinks.

I got water in my lights, but not that bad, its just a little bit on the front. Doesnt really bother me, im just going to get new lights eventually anyway.

its not just a little bit its THE WHOLE LIGHT. it FREEZES when its cold out. there are no cracks, Dave and I inspected these again (4th time) last night and they're all sealed up and everything's in tight. I wouldn't be so mad if I didn't want to finally show it this spring. but my current solution to that is a different set of headlights for show and these stupid foggy watery ones when i just drive around stupid car.

I had the same problem in my '94 SC2.

I remember pulling into the driveway, stopping, and seeing my headlights ripple across my garage...

K I've looked for Sc2 covers in my year (that was actually my very first thread on saturn spot) and NO ONE makes them. This problem is still pissing me off, its not getting worse but its still all wet and theres a pool of water inside the light. Good thing I tried to seal them so now I can't get inside them Ah well, its not too bad when its warm out but is a lot worse than what i started with.

after you seal them dip them in the tub to check for air bubbles (leaks)
