Default looking all over for dashpad please help!

ive got a 99 sl2 and i need the lower dashpad
theres the dashboard that is held by the two bolts then the pad thats under that which runs across the whole car its kinda like rubber or vinyl is what im needing if anyone knows where i can get one please let me know Thanks Alot!

yeah i tried saturn but they want like 400 bucks for it which is ridiculous so im thinking a junk yard is my best bet. Thanks
