losing power when driving

i have a 97 sc2 stick when i press on the gas it loses power then it comes right back, i just did a tune up , brand new coil packs wires and sparks plugs what else can be causing this

Are there any codes? Also did you have the same symptoms before the tune up?

Replace your ECTS.
Check your wires. Should be 4-1-2-3 on the coil towers. cylinders are read as 1 being the passenger side and 4 being the one closest to the battery. If Cyl 4 and Cyl 1 wires are mixed up you will have exactly your issue

there no codes i checked the wires there in the right firing order , i just found out from my girl that she never changed the fuel filter in 5 yrs so i thinking thats the problem
