Default Stock Head vs. Boost

Well my 1996 Saturn S-Series DOHC motor will arrive tommorw and it will be a turbo project but here is a quick question.

Whats the limit on the stock head boost wise? I will be doing a full build on the block so it can handle boost better? I was thinking about buying the SDA Forced Induction Head Stage 2 but I dont think I can afford that atm so input guys?

Also whats the HP limit on the stock crank?

I think QKSLTWO is using the stock valvetrain at 10lbs of boost, but dont quote me on that. you should read about the turbo build there.
