well it took 13 hours but i got the engine swap done... two hours looking for a clutch tool to line it up, luckly we found a shop the had one for saturns and they gave it to me. we pulled only the motor and left the trans in a little bit of work but its in it runs and no problems. thanks to everybody for the tips and advice it helped ALOT...this site rocks

Glad you got it finished Told you it wasn't that hard.

Should have pulled the trans with the engine and used a 15/16mm deepweell socket as your alingment tool...woulda saved a couple hours!

umm... not sure the diff. but i had a 1.9 and put in a 1.9, although the newer one was from a automatic so i had to swap the flywheel and realign the clutch

sorry both were dohc's though the new engine had a bad fuel rail and plugs
