Default Threw 3 codes today.....Sigh. Input needed.

First code was the temp sensor code $10. Where is it located?
Second code was the O2 sensor $60. Front of the exhaust?
Third was the Cam position sensor. They didn't have it. Where is it located?

What are the odds?

Ok. Replaced O2 sensor. Straight forward. Spray some lube on and it came right off. The temp sensor is located right behind the t-state. Make sure car is cool. I had hot coolant spray on me. No fun! Going to go clear the codes at AutoZone and see how she did. I still have the CPS to replace. Where is it located? Is this common @ 91k miles?

Odds are that they are all related to the same cause.

What are the codes?

So did I replace them for nothing? It's had a hesitation since I bought it. Only thing done today before it threw the codes were trans fluid & filter change and plug wires. I did hose the motor off as I have done after each repair to assure I fixed it (IE; oil and readiator leak).

Ok. Went to AutoZone and checked codes as light was still on. O2 code and Temp code was gone without me erasing them. Just the CPS was on. Erased that and nothing came back on. Noticed better power. 90% of hesitation is gone (maybe fuel filter is next?). Also noticed before the rpm would take out at 6k each shift if I had the pedal to the floor. Now, it takes out at 5k better I assume? I am assuming since it has more power the high rpm isn't needed?

Thanks

My trouble code source is down tonight so this info is from smie reliable sources.

P0117 is for an intemrittant coolant temp. Chances are the connector is corroded ofor the temp sensor.
P0133 Is the front O2 sensor. Slow response. Most likely cause the sensor. check the wiring as well.
P0341 I know for sure. Cam position sensor code----not crankshaft position sensor. Means that you have a misfire problem on th e#1 or #4 cylinder. Could be anything from the plugs, wires or coils to anything that would cause either of those cylinders to misfire. Which could include the other two cylinders misfiring.

The coolant temp sensor, located on the back middle of the head two wire connector, likely needed to be replaced. Make sure that the connector temrinals are not corroded.
The O2 sensor with that code was more than likely bad.
The crank sensor does not need to be replaced if you are getting spark and the engine runs.

I ended up just swaping out the old wires for Bosch wires. It runs the best she has since day one. But, there is still a hesitation. More at stop light. Ignition pack?

Replaced:
Radiator, hoses, t-state
Coolant sensor by the t-state
O2 Sensor (Bosch)
Plugs (replaced after codes AGAIN)
Wires (replaced after codes AGAIN. Went with Bosch though)
Air filter
Trans fluid & filter (Mobile 1)
Cleaned throttle body w/carb cleaner
2-bottles of injection cleaner
Fuel filter
FOOTNOTE: I had a CPS go bad on my diesel and it had spark, but made it run REALLY bad. No power. Stall a lot. Different since it was a diesel? Kinda thinking its a ignition pack?

Shame on you. Diesels don't have spark.

On gas engines with CPS's if it is not working there is no spark at all. They tend to either work or not. It would be very rare (nearly impossible) to have one cause a weak spark or hesitation.
