Default windshield

So... I need a windshield for my 95 SC2 I have for sale... I am trying to price it out and the 2 places I got a hold of were between $470-510 Are all Saturn windshields that pricey?

If anyone knows any decently priced places in metro-detroit (MI) area please let me know!

open the phone book and call every auto glass place you can find. should take no more than a half an hour and you will get a wide variety of prices. I got mine for my old 93 sc2 for $300 (I live in New England), but many others told my prices much higher. The phone book is your friend.

ya my mothers benz, when she had one, and my brothers 95 sl1, now my fathers car, both needed a new windshield at the same time. The one for the benz was almost ½ the price of the one for the saturn

holy cow a local! I live just over in Clarkston Fox, Lo class of '01 baby. Anyway, if u drive over to Williams Lake Road/ Dixie Hwy inetersection in Waterford, just past the intersection on Williams lake theres a junkyard on the lefthand side behind an auto body repair shop. I can't remember the name of the yard atm, but last time I was there they had more then a few 2nd gen saturns.

I don't know where you are exactly in Michigan but look for an AUTO1. I went in to get a price for chip repairs and they said they could replace the whole windshield for like $180.

Man I feel your pain! Here in OK, the cheapest one I can find installed, is like $450. I did get lucky and find one in a salvage yard for $150. And they'll even take it out for me. I didn't think it would be that expensive for a 93SC2.
