Awesome, nice parcel of land along with a great looking house! Out here in Phoenix you'd be looking at anywhere from $125,000 on up to $300,000 for the same square footage and acreage, mainly depending on how far in or out of the city you'd be.

Congrats...home ownership is a great step. Too bad now you will want to start projects to upgrade and change things I swear every weekend I'm doing something to our house. This weekend is tile work.

If you want to be in a good neighborhood here in Phx there is no way that you'll pay under 275k for a 1300 square foot home. It'll also have way less land than what he got. Trust me, I'm about to buy my first house within the next few months.

Anyways, nice looking house and congrats. BTW, I didn't see a fence, do you not have one?
