| Bombing it isn't that bad, just plan on letting it sit for a day or two to air out. I bought a 91 once that I had to strip due to leaking sunroof and ants. Bombed it that night and was driving it the next day. If you are worried about residue from it you can always do a good interior cleaning and shampooing when you are done(you're are going to have to vacuum all the bugs out anyways) |

| just buy warehouse air freshener, stuff thats good for up to 5,000+ sq feet. Its like a roach bomb, but its air freshener, we had an infestation here at our dealership with mice, we used that stuff, and it killed em, the stuff is strong. Just an idea. Keep in mind if you do this, windows up, nothing in the car, and when you set it, you have 10 secs. |

| Thanks guys. I finished stripping it out and started washing all of the interior paneling by hand. I lit off 3 of the bomb/fumigator things from home depot that are supposed to be good for 5,000 square feet. 1 in the trunk, one in the cab and the other up under the dash. There are still a couple of the little bastards around. I think they are living in the upholstery still where the bombs couldn't penetrate. I got some of the gel bait now that I am putting into the door paneling and some of the underneath upholstery seams. 5 bills for a decent running saturn with a clean exterior is going to have a few bugs to work out. I'll definitely be needing that new carpet. Thanks Again.

| I paid a bill for my new black carpet from Carpet Professionals on ebay but am going to order a new one with rubber backing (mass backing) eventually when I get my car running again.

| Tried Combat yet? It works in homes so it should work in the car. They're bait traps with pheromones that roaches smell and attracted to. Leave a few around the interior, trunk, and engine area overnight with the windows up so the wind doesn't blow in. It might take a few days to a week or so until all of them are eliminated and they will be eliminated. Since you bombed the car the Combat should take care of the rest. Have fun! |

| Hey Rob
Welcome to Florida! I've detailed cars before that were infested with bugs and roaches and once you clean out any garbage i.e. food wrappers etc and vaccuum really good you should be okay. Also use some Raid Max, it comes in a blue can and it works great!
It's about $6 bucks a can but that stuff will kill anything and the smell isn't too bad. Spray the car at night and leave it sit and you should be able to drive it the next day after you vaccuum up all the dead bugs of course!

| Hope you gottem all by now.
But Bengal roach spray works good.Seen it used at a facility and it kills them, once they cross they track it to other places also. But it seems to never end with roaches, they just keep comin back.
I have used their flee killer in the house and it worked great. |
