Default Seat swap question

Someone wants to buy my front seats from a 1997 SW1 and put them in a 94 coupe. Is this going to be a direct swap, need modification/rail swap, or not work at all? I'd like to sell them and get a nice set of leather seats so if I can do this it would be great. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could let me know how easy or hard this will be. Also if there will be any problems or difficulties doing it.

they wont fold up enough for a coupe. It'll still fold up enough if you had to squeeze someone in and out, but not enough to get a fat person in or out.

Physically, yeah, they bolt up no problem.

Won't it slide up bot only by using the front lever thing? How much less entrance room to the back will there be?

The coupe seatbacks flip way forward as well as the whole seat sliding forward.
