Default Should I buy this car?

I can get a 92 SL1 for 150 bucks (CDN) but the crank is gone and it needs a valve. However I'm doing an engine swap to a DOHC anyways, so I have the 97 SOHC engine to throw in it. Just wondering what else I might need and what kinds of complications there may be. Any info you can give me would be great.

I'm probably gonna buy the car anyways... I could easily make the money back in parts if I decide not to swap into it. Help would be great though before I buy it.

if you register it and put a disposal fee on it, how much does that come out to?

That should answer your question.

A few thing off the top of my head.

PCM
Engine wiring harness
Fuel lines
Possible fuel pump
Transmission--different gear ratios may confuse the PCM
