ok i want to either replace the black molding down the center of the car, or take it off and paint it...its faded and ugly looking..any help??

if it where my car, i would just remove it and shave it off all together. just sand gown the surounding area withe 40 grit, fill the line in with fiberglass. sand down the rest of the door with some 120 or 220, and repaint them.

yeah i dont know about sanding down the car..i just want to fix the black molding...but i never thought to sand it down thanks dude
