Default 2006 SATURN VUE High-Resolution Pictures

There have been many un-official pictures floating around on the internet, and some other Saturn-specific sites have had concept drawings and computer enhanced photos of the redesigned front fascia on the Vue, but here are the official photos, released through GM early last week:

-My personal opinion is it's a wonderful change to a very robotic-looking vehicle, without looking like the Equinox or Bravada.

I was at Saturn of Dayton North this afternoon and they had 2 New 2006 Vues on the lot. I did not get close enough to see the sticker to make sure 100% but they had the new styling. Unless they put it on some 05's, the 06's are shipping!!!

There was a black one and a blue one, and they were DEFINATELY not the same body as the 2005 I am driving and just bought 2 weeks ago (I like the 05 better, the 06 is more classy than sporty)

I just came back from our Saturn dealer, he showed me an 2006 quad coupe, and a 2006 Vue And i must say the interior of the new Vue is a vast improvement, I loved the new steering wheel and white faces guages with the chrome trim, and the chrome on the console and gear shift really set it off...Also i thought the front end restyle was very good and not as cobbled up looking as the previous model, more in line with the Ion sedan front..
Now the Quad Coupe was identical to the 2005, no changes that I could see...but i did not look inside it...
The sticker on the Vue was for a 4 cylinder automatic FWD and it listed for 19,975.00

If the 2006 that you saw has the same gauges tht are in the picture above, those are the same gauges that have been in the Vue for a while. My 2005 has the white-face gauges with chrome trim also.

I guess i was remembering the Vue when it first came out, I wasn't too impressed with the interior at that time, but i do like it now... I would like to see a option of carbon fiber trim instead of that fake wood...

The Carbon Fiber Dash is already available from your dealer too. It is listed in the 2004 Retail Accessories on page 11. It also lists the Aluminum dash kit. Here is a picture of the listing.

I would still prefer it to be a factory installed option instead of having to pay extra it would be nice just to have a choice of the wood, stainless or carbon fiber right when you order it at no additional cost... but then again why am I worried, I am getting a Sky not an SUV....
