Default Ion 04 P/S Issue

I am brand new to the forum. My Saturn Ion 04 p/s steering is not operable. I replaced fuses to no avail. What might I look to next?

most likely it needs, a new p/s motor.. are the fuses blowing, is that why you are changing them?? you may have a pinched wire as well...

Thank you so much! The fuses are not blowing. I will begin following up your suggestions right away. I appreciate also you sharing your expertise as a Saturn mechanic,

Barry
