Default LAST WORKDAY OF 2004!!!

that's right kids, 2004 is quickly drawing to a close and were sending it out with an ohio workday~~of course on my car. and quess what...it's has nothing to do with my stereo!! On friday we'll be doing all four brakes (rotors and pads) followed by installing a new 02 sensor. Then to ring in the new year, SPOC-OH is going experimental!!!! BODY WORK!! we'll be chopping up my hood and installing a scoop. We will have step by step pictorials and maybe video to chart the progress and hopefully a positive outcome from all of this. Josh (5grandgo) will be giving the lecture on proper bondo-ing techniques and i of course will do what i do best.....watch! Not really, i'll be throwing sparks from the 4" cutter riping a big square hole in my hood.....good times good times. To help us relieve some unsprung tension we'll be traveling to mad mountain to go tubing saturday night if anyone would like to tag along. That is of course if it doesnt rain....but anyway.....this should be an eventful weekend...can't wait to see what develops!!!

I can get you actual paint, color matched, if you want Danny. And a LOT cheaper than what you'd be able to get almost anywhere else ($150 or so for a gallon of metallic light blue, for example), DuPont paint. Chroma is the easiest to colormatch, Nason is cheap, but is a ***** to match and probably won't match period for a panel-by-panel deal, and Imron is....interesting.

Of course, I can always get you say....Hot Hues, which is basically their answer to House of Kolors, but it's not cheap at all.

thanks for the info there mike. we installed the 02 sensor and did the scoop. it looks like complete crap but the scoop is fully functional and their is a noticable difference at speed.

I did the best I could with 6 hours and little tools. I feel like an ass not being able to smooth things out yet. Once it clears up and I can get all the shyte I need outta jamies garage, I will make it look pretty. I did the best I could with what I had. ...... I still feel like **** about it.

it's all good man, i know we can make it better soon, i was mainly concerned about the function before the looks. It performs better than i expected and it looks good enough for now. Like you said, when we get the tools and time we'll make it better..
thanks again for your help this past weekend. I really learned a lot this weekend.

I just used the top cover for the stock air box as my ram air, air box. Just drop a K&N right in and you are set.
